• We license rooms in Arizona in the County of Maricopa this includes Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Glendale, Avondale, etc.
• We do not license rooms in: Tucson or Prescott ..yet.

• Our fees for rooms range from $575 to $900, just depending on location, amenities, and if you have a shared bath or private bath. All license fees listed include utilities.  Our shared bathroom spaces are usually cheaper then our private rooms with private bath.

• We have House Rules that each tenant agrees to, to ensure that the home is kept in a respectable condition.

• Part of our House Rules states no overnight guest, however if the community (occupants living in the property) is ok with you having a guest occasionally then that would be up to the community.

• You just need to provide us with your email and full name, and we will send a rental application and background check to your email so that you can fill out online?
